SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We ship all web orders within Australia via Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please, depending on the region and delivery address.

We can provide an estimated delivery date for all parcels upon request. Although we strive to deliver by this time, all specified dates are estimates only. We partner with delivery companies that we believe will deliver products in excellent condition and by the estimated delivery date.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders $70 and over. We strive to dispatch orders by the following business day from date of order (Monday to Friday). All orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days of order receipt.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

We ship to New Zealand, offering rates between A$20 - A$50, depending on delivery location and order weight. At checkout, enter your address to see the available rate for your order. We're open to suggestions and preferred shipping methods. For international orders, the buyer assumes liability. Humble Scott Coffee Roasters is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details when ordering. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Inform Humble m if an order doesn't arrive. Upon learning that an order hasn't arrived by the due date, we'll lodge inquiries with the delivery company. We're not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Note that we won't immediately dispatch a replacement item if an item is lost in transit. We'll dispatch replacement items solely at our discretion.

Our couriers typically attempt delivery to business or home addresses Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery or items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has occurred. Late delivery doesn't constitute a breach of our agreement and doesn't entitle you to cancel an order.
