Refund policy
We kindly ask you to choose carefully, as we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for coffee products due to their fresh-to-order packaging.
If there's an error with your coffee order, we'll happily replace it with a fresh batch. In this case, please contact us at info@humblescott.com.au and include your order number.
Change-of-mind returns for non-coffee products or merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item at Humble Scott Coffee Roasters, we'll process the refund and send a confirmation email.
Please note that returns remain the customer's responsibility until received by Humble Scott Coffee Roasters, and refunds are not applicable for sale items.
Where a refund is applicable, upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the refund's approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified number of days.

You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount.
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not liable for any items lost in transit.
